Virtual Assistants (VAs) at a mobile veterinary company must complete many tasks before, during and after each clinic event. These tasks are time sensitive as slow completion negatively affects the clients, pet patients, and clinic revenue. Completing checkouts for patients at a veterinary clinic can be complicated and confusing. Learning all aspects of the clinic, the electronics medical records (EMR) tool (Hippo), practice and industry guidelines, and process are all vital to checking each patient out.
