Reminders exist for both the pet parent and the clinic. Reminders in the widget, trigger postcards to be sent to the pet parent shortly before a service is next due. VAs and Veterinarians can also view these reminders in order to determine what a pet is due for the next time the come in for a visit.
Reminders in the Checkout
When creating checkouts for a pet, VAs should make sure to add reminders into the checkout as services. Reminders are notated with three asterisks (***) to differentiate them. These are automatically added to the "Reminders Widget" when the checkout is saved.
Reminders in the "Reminders" Widget
The reminders widget can be accessed from the "Choose Action" tab along the top of the page. From there "Reminders" can be easily selected on the far right side of the page.
Editing in the "Reminders" Widget
Reminders can be easily added, edited, or removed from the widget using the plus, edit pencil, or delete buttons. To edit or delete, first select the reminder you wish to modify.
